PHIP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,353 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHIP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell-matrix adhesion, Regulation of T cell mediated immunity, and CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation. Each is linked with PHIP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHIP-to-partner and partner-to-PHIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cell-matrix adhesion grouped by PHIP-low versus PHIP-high in STOMACH.

protein abundance associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
