Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,822 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELK3, LOX, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with PHF8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF8-to-partner and partner-to-PHF8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF8 versus ELK3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
