Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,178 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, DAZ1, and RN7SKP221. Each is linked with PHF6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF6-to-partner and partner-to-PHF6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by PHF6-low versus PHF6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
