PHF5A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,105 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF5A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XRCC6, POLDIP3, and ADSL. Each is linked with PHF5A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF5A-to-partner and partner-to-PHF5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF5A versus XRCC6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
