PHF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,942 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIPIN, SKA1, and TRAIP. Each is linked with PHF3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF3-to-partner and partner-to-PHF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIPIN grouped by PHF3-low versus PHF3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
