Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,896 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHF23-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YWHAE, UBE2G1, and CRK. Each is linked with PHF23 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF23-to-partner and partner-to-PHF23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF23 versus YWHAE in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF23→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
