Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF23 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,551 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHF23-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRM3, RPAIN, and EIF5A. Each is linked with PHF23 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF23-to-partner and partner-to-PHF23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF23 versus MRM3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF23→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
