PHF23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 302 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF23-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM15P2, NDUFA6, and UTP15. Each is linked with PHF23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF23-to-partner and partner-to-PHF23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMIM15P2 grouped by PHF23-low versus PHF23-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF23→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
