Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,797 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are XPA, ANAPC2, and SECISBP2. Each is linked with PHF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF2-to-partner and partner-to-PHF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
