PHF19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,094 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF19-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC2, LMNB2, and NUP188. Each is linked with PHF19 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF19-to-partner and partner-to-PHF19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF19 versus EXOSC2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF19→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
