Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHEX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,962 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHEX-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR2F, MAPK1, and RTCB. Each is linked with PHEX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHEX-to-partner and partner-to-PHEX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHEX versus POLR2F in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHEX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHEX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
