PHEX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHEX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,425 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHEX-associated genes across cancer lineages are DLGAP5, CORT, and CDKN3. Each is linked with PHEX in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHEX-to-partner and partner-to-PHEX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DLGAP5 grouped by PHEX-low versus PHEX-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHEX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHEX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
