PHEX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHEX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHEX-associated genes across cancer lineages are REG3G, C18orf63, and KRTAP10-6. Each is linked with PHEX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHEX-to-partner and partner-to-PHEX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REG3G grouped by PHEX-low versus PHEX-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHEX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHEX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
