Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHETA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,354 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHETA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC2A10, FUT1, and DIO2. Each is linked with PHETA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHETA2-to-partner and partner-to-PHETA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHETA2 versus SLC2A10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHETA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHETA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
