PHETA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHETA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 791 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHETA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6509, HSPE1-MOB4, and HNRNPA3P9. Each is linked with PHETA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHETA1-to-partner and partner-to-PHETA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHETA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHETA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
