Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,161 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP68, CNNM3-DT, and EZH1. Each is linked with PHC3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHC3-to-partner and partner-to-PHC3 results are reported.
