Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PHC2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PHC2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher PHC2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PHC2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and BRCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, UCS, and COAD are the cancer types where PHC2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
