Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,068 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF287, EXTL2, and ZNF496. Each is linked with PHC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHC1-to-partner and partner-to-PHC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHC1 versus ZNF287 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
