Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHAX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,709 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHAX-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMNB1, DDX46, and NHP2. Each is linked with PHAX in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHAX-to-partner and partner-to-PHAX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHAX versus LMNB1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHAX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHAX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
