Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PHACTR4 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PHACTR4 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher PHACTR4 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PHACTR4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

COAD, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where PHACTR4 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
