PHACTR4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHACTR4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,003 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHACTR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDAC1, TAF12, and STIL. Each is linked with PHACTR4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHACTR4-to-partner and partner-to-PHACTR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHACTR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHACTR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
