Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHACTR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,961 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHACTR4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cell cycle process, Positive regulation of cytokinesis, and Positive regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with PHACTR4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHACTR4-to-partner and partner-to-PHACTR4 results are reported.
