PHACTR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHACTR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,632 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHACTR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYH14, MAGED2, and MLEC. Each is linked with PHACTR3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHACTR3-to-partner and partner-to-PHACTR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHACTR3 versus MYH14 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHACTR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHACTR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
