PHACTR3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHACTR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,926 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHACTR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are UPB1, SNRPD3, and GGT1. Each is linked with PHACTR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHACTR3-to-partner and partner-to-PHACTR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHACTR3 versus UPB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHACTR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHACTR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
