PHACTR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHACTR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,556 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHACTR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF367, MIR7702, and RPL7P40. Each is linked with PHACTR3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHACTR3-to-partner and partner-to-PHACTR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF367 grouped by PHACTR3-low versus PHACTR3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHACTR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHACTR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
