Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHACTR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,922 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHACTR3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of inflammatory response to wounding, Regulation of CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation, and Regulation of actin filament polymerization. Each is linked with PHACTR3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHACTR3-to-partner and partner-to-PHACTR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of inflammatory response to wounding grouped by PHACTR3-low versus PHACTR3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
