Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHACTR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHACTR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KAAG1, MOGAT2, and SIGLEC5. Each is linked with PHACTR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHACTR3-to-partner and partner-to-PHACTR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KAAG1 grouped by PHACTR3-low versus PHACTR3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHACTR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHACTR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
