PHACTR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHACTR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,204 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHACTR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHACTR2_S237, RSU1, and KANK2. Each is linked with PHACTR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHACTR2-to-partner and partner-to-PHACTR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHACTR2 versus PHACTR2_S237 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHACTR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHACTR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
