Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHACTR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,705 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHACTR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHACTR2-AS1, PPP1R16B, and TAGAP. Each is linked with PHACTR2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHACTR2-to-partner and partner-to-PHACTR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHACTR2 versus PHACTR2-AS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHACTR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHACTR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
