PHACTR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHACTR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,812 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHACTR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX3P1Y, PRELID3BP2, and RNY1P1. Each is linked with PHACTR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHACTR2-to-partner and partner-to-PHACTR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNX3P1Y grouped by PHACTR2-low versus PHACTR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHACTR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHACTR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
