Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHACTR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,469 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHACTR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi to plasma membrane transport, Cellular response to environmental stimulus, and Regulation of cell-substrate junction organization. Each is linked with PHACTR2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHACTR2-to-partner and partner-to-PHACTR2 results are reported.
