PHACTR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHACTR2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,190 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHACTR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CUX1, URB2, and SCN2A. Each is linked with PHACTR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHACTR2-to-partner and partner-to-PHACTR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CUX1 grouped by PHACTR2-low versus PHACTR2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHACTR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHACTR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
