PHACTR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHACTR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,029 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHACTR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP4R1, GMEB1, and CTLA4. Each is linked with PHACTR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHACTR1-to-partner and partner-to-PHACTR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP4R1 grouped by PHACTR1-low versus PHACTR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHACTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHACTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
