PGS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,694 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COIL, GALK2, and KIF13B. Each is linked with PGS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGS1-to-partner and partner-to-PGS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGS1 versus COIL in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
