Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 974 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFB9P3, UQCR10, and RPL23AP82. Each is linked with PGS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGS1-to-partner and partner-to-PGS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFB9P3 grouped by PGS1-low versus PGS1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
