Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, MSH2, and Caveolin-1. Each is linked with PGS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGS1-to-partner and partner-to-PGS1 results are reported.
