Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,347 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of organelle assembly, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with PGS1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGS1-to-partner and partner-to-PGS1 results are reported.
