PGS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA7 and KRTAP15-1. Each is linked with PGS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGS1-to-partner and partner-to-PGS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINA7 grouped by PGS1-low versus PGS1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
