Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,081 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM28, CEBPZ, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with PGR in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGR-to-partner and partner-to-PGR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGR versus RBM28 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.
