Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,445 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZWINT, KIF20A, and MRPL37. Each is linked with PGR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGR-to-partner and partner-to-PGR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZWINT grouped by PGR-low versus PGR-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
