Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGR-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, DJ-1, and VHL. Each is linked with PGR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGR-to-partner and partner-to-PGR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by PGR-low versus PGR-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
