Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 729 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium ion transmembrane transport, Regulation of sulfur metabolic process, and Establishment of protein localization to membrane. Each is linked with PGR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGR-to-partner and partner-to-PGR results are reported.
