PGPEP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGPEP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 113 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGPEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6081, FAM8A2P, and RNU4-16P. Each is linked with PGPEP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGPEP1-to-partner and partner-to-PGPEP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6081 grouped by PGPEP1-low versus PGPEP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGPEP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGPEP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
