PGM5P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGM5P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,865 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGM5P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCEAL3, HMOX2, and TOR1AIP1. Each is linked with PGM5P2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGM5P2-to-partner and partner-to-PGM5P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGM5P2 versus TCEAL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGM5P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGM5P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
