Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGM5P2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGM5P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, FASN, and GAPDH. Each is linked with PGM5P2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGM5P2-to-partner and partner-to-PGM5P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by PGM5P2-low versus PGM5P2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGM5P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGM5P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
