PGM5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,478 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM252, PGM5-AS1, and COL14A1. Each is linked with PGM5 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGM5-to-partner and partner-to-PGM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGM5 versus TMEM252 in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
