PGM5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,557 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGM5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL14A1, FBLN5, and OLFML1. Each is linked with PGM5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGM5-to-partner and partner-to-PGM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGM5 versus COL14A1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
