PGLYRP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGLYRP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,360 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGLYRP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM29, TRIM29_S21, and NECTIN4. Each is linked with PGLYRP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGLYRP3-to-partner and partner-to-PGLYRP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGLYRP3 versus TRIM29 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGLYRP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGLYRP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
