PGLYRP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGLYRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,619 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGLYRP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAVER1, VEZF1, and TCEAL1. Each is linked with PGLYRP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGLYRP1-to-partner and partner-to-PGLYRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGLYRP1 versus RAVER1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGLYRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGLYRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
