PGLYRP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGLYRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGLYRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5091, LSP1P3, and OR52Z1. Each is linked with PGLYRP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGLYRP1-to-partner and partner-to-PGLYRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5091 grouped by PGLYRP1-low versus PGLYRP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGLYRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGLYRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
